Agency Registration

Agency Registration Web Page helps to register the agencies in the CPSMS system. Agencies must be registered in the CPSMS, before it starts receiving sanction under any scheme. Information required to register an agency are as follows:

  1. Type of Registration: Select an agency type from this drop-down list. It is a mandatory field, and an option should be selected for it.

  2. Agency Name: Type name of the agency in this textbox. Agency name is a mandatory field, and it can contain maximum of 100 characters.

  3. Act/Registration Number: Type registration number of the agency in this textbox. Registration number is a mandatory field, and it can contain maximum of 100 alphanumeric characters.

  4. Date of Registration: Select agency registration date using date picker tool in this textbox. Registration date is a mandatory field, and selected date should be earlier than the current date.

  5.  Registering Authority: Type registering authority of the agency in this textbox. It is a mandatory field, and it can contain maximum of 256 characters.

  6. State of Registration: Select a state in which company is registered from this drop-down list. State is also a mandatory field, and an option should be selected for it.

  7. TIN Number: Enter TIN (Taxpayer Identification Number) in this textbox. TIN number is a mandatory field, and it can contain maximum of 20 characters.

  8. TAN Number: Enter TAN (Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number) in this textbox. TAN number is also a mandatory field, and it can contain maximum of 20 alphanumeric characters.

  9. Address1: Enter complete address of the agency in this textbox. This field is mandatory, and it can contain maximum of 50 characters.

  10. Address2: This is an optional field, and can be left blank. Agency needs to fill address in this textbox, if agency's address exceeds the address1 textbox.

  11. Address3: This is also an optional field, and can be left blank.

  12. City: Type city name in this textbox where the agency is located. City is a mandatory field, and it can contain maximum of 25 characters.

  13. State: Select a state from this drop-down list. State is a mandatory field, and an option should be selected for it.

  14. District: Select a district from this drop-down list. District is a mandatory field, and is dependent on the state field. Once a state is selected from the State drop-down list, corresponding district of that state appears in the District drop-down list.

  15. PIN Code: Enter PIN code of the area where the agency is located. It is a mandatory field, and should contain exactly 6 numeric digits.

  16. Contact Person: Type name of contact person of the agency in this textbox. It is a mandatory field, and it can contain maximum of 256 characters.

  17. Phone No: Enter phone number of the agency in this textbox. Phone number is a mandatory field, and it can contain maximum of 20 characters.

  18. Alternate Phone/Mobile No: Enter alternate number of the agency in this textbox. It is an optional field, and it can contain maximum of 50 characters.

  19. Email: Type a valid email id in this textbox. Email is a mandatory field, and it can contain maximum of 50 characters. Login details of the registered agency will be sent to this email id.

  20. Unique Agency Code: Type a unique agency code in this textbox. This agency code can be used as login ID for the agency. Unique agency code is a mandatory field, and it can contain maximum of 50 characters.

  21. Word Verification: Type the letters in this textbox which are appearing above the word verification textbox. It is a mandatory field, and agency registration process cannot be completed without filling this field.

  22. Next: Click the Next button to precede the registration process. Clicking this button will open the Scheme Bank Details, or else click the Cancel button to cancel the registration process, and navigate user to the agency registration home page.

Scheme Bank Details

  1. Scheme: Click the Select Scheme hyperlink. The Scheme popup window will appear. Select a scheme from this popup window. Scheme is a mandatory field, and cannot be left blank.

  2. Bank Name: Click the Bank Name hyperlink. A Bank popup window will appear. Select a bank from this popup window. Bank name is also a mandatory field, and cannot be left blank.

  3. Branch Address: Type few letters of the branch address, and click the Search button. All the banks whose branch address matches the search criteria, gets updated in the Branch Name drop-down list.

  4. Branch Name: Select an option from this drop-down list. Branch Name is a mandatory field, and an option should be selected for it.

  5. Account No: Enter bank Account number of the agency in this textbox. Account Number is a mandatory field, and it can contain maximum of 25 characters.

  6. Agency Name as per Branch: Type name of the agency, as mentioned in the bank record. It is a mandatory field, and it can contain maximum of 100 characters.

  7. Add Bank/Scheme: Click this button to add the Scheme/Bank Details for the Agency.

  8. I Accept Terms and Conditions: Select this checkbox to confirm the acceptance of terms and conditions for the registration process.

  9. Submit: Click this button to submit the registration details filled in the agency registration form. This button will be disabled until Terms and Conditions checkbox is not selected. Once Submit button is clicked, a request for agency registration will be sent to the CPSMS.

  10. Cancel: Click this button to cancel the registration process without saving the entered data. User will navigate to the agency registration home page.

Select Scheme popup window

It helps user to select a scheme through which the fund is transferred. Undertake the following steps to select a scheme for the agency:

  • Type a keyword in this Agency Name textbox.

  • Click the Search button. All the Schemes matching the search criteria will appear in the list.

  • Click a Scheme to select it from the list. This closes the web page, and the user will navigate to the Scheme Bank Details web page.

Select Bank popup window

It helps user to select a bank in which the agency has maintained its account. Undertake the following steps to select a bank for the agency:

  • Type a keyword in the Bank Name textbox.

  • Click the Search button. All the banks matching the search criteria will appear in the list.

  • Click a bank to select it from the list. This closes the web page, and the user will navigate to the Scheme Bank Details web page.
