Search Sanctions Web Page help users to search all the sanctions generated in the system. Sanctions can be found using different search criteria applying through the search sanction web page. The information required to search the sanctions present in the system are as follows:

• Sanction No: Type sanction number in this textbox, and click the Search button. All the sanctions, whose sanction no. matching the search criteria, will appear in the list below the Search button.

• Sanction Status: Select an option from Sanction Status drop-down list, and click the Search button. All the sanctions, whose status matching the search criteria will appear in the list, below the Search button.

• From Date: Select a date using the date picker tool in this textbox. From Date and To Date are used collectively to apply the search criteria.

• To Date: Select a date using the date picker tool in this textbox. The date selected in the To Date textbox should be greater than the date selected in the From Date textbox. Click the Search button when To Date and From Date are selected in the respective textboxes. All the sanctions matching the search criteria will appear in the list below the Search button.

• Sanction Amount: Enter the sanction amount in this textbox, and click the Search button. All the sanctions, whose sanction amount matching the search criteria, will appear in the list below the Search button.

• Scheme: Select an option from the Scheme drop-down list, and click the Search button. All the sanctions, whose scheme matching the search criteria, will appear in the list below the Search button.

• PAO: Select an option from the PAO drop-down list, and click the Search button. All the sanctions, whose PAO details matching the search criteria, will appear in the list below the Search button.

• DDO: Select an option from the DDO drop-down list, and click the Search button. All the sanctions, whose DDO details matching the search criteria will appear in the list below the Search button.

• IFD No: Enter the IFD number in this textbox, and click the Search button. All the sanctions, whose IFD number matching the search criteria, will appear in the list below the Search button.

• Search: Click this button to search the sanctions based on the above mentioned criteria.

• Reset: Click this button to reset the search criteria.

A combination of search criteria can also be used to find the sanctions present in the system. Sanctions displayed on this web page contain information which includes, Sanction No, Type, Scheme, DDO Name, PAO Name, Amount, Date, and Current Status.
Clicking any sanction no. will open the sanctions detail. Also, click the respective column name to sort the list of sanctions accordingly.
