Banking & Report (BR)
This vertical overall is responsible for the management of PFMS portal developed which basically includes website and user interfaces management, integrations with different bank, ministries etc., resolution of queries from banks, ministries over portals, adoption of latest technologies, perform changes on PFMS website, generation of reports as requested by ministries, departments and during audits as well as performing cyber security audits and dealing with any cyber security related incidents / matters.
The vertical has two sections as listed below:
Banking
Detailed roles and responsibilities of Banking department basically includes:
- Coordination with GBA (Govt. Banking Arrangement) section of CGA/RBI/DFS (Dept. of Financial Services)/UIDAI and other Policy & Administrative issues (Banking)
- Banking related issues raised by SPMUs, external systems (e.g., PM-KISAN, MGNREGA), Parliament Questions, RTI etc.
- Banking related Issues for overall Technology Vertical and technical issues w.r.t. Banking, New/Best practices, Protocols, ISO certifications.
- Bank Dashboard/ Report Management (incl. user feedback).
- New Banks Integration with PFMS, Bank Sensitization, Capacity Development support & Training related issues.
- Coordination with Banks
- PFMS Application (Bank Monitoring)- Development & Management.
Report
Detailed roles and responsibilities of Report department basically includes:
- Analysis & Monitoring of existing reports
- Development of new reports + Ad hoc Reports as request by different departments ministries
- Data warehousing issues
- Report testing and coordination with line ministry users
- Data Analytics & Data Management
- Coordination with DBT/Rollout vertical for Reports management
- Policy and Administrative issues of Reports
- PFMS Dashboard management
- User Role & Access Management
- Data related policy issues like Data Archival & Retention, Data Governance etc.
