Technology & Risk Management (TRM)
This vertical overall is responsible for the management of PFMS portal developed which basically includes website and user interfaces management, integrations with different bank, ministries etc., resolution of queries from banks, ministries over portals, adoption of latest technologies, perform changes on PFMS website, generation of reports as requested by ministries, departments and during audits as well as performing cyber security audits and dealing with any cyber security related incidents / matters.
The vertical has two sections as listed below:
Technology
Detailed roles and responsibilities of Technology department basically includes:
- PFMS website and User Interfaces (UI) Management.
- Coordination & Resolution of Technical Issues of all stakeholders.
- Change Management (incl. CR Management & Documentation).
- Security Audits related matters, incl. DR & BCP.
- PFMS Portal- Development related issues.
- PFMS App (Bank Monitoring)-Development & Management.
- PFMS- IT & Cyber Security Policy framework
- Implementation of FIDO device to access PFMS.
Risk Management
Detailed roles and responsibilities of Risk Management department basically includes:
- External System Integration/MIS integration/API/Data sharing protocol.
- RTI/PAC/Vigilance/Statutory Audit matters.
- Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
- Procurement & Maintenance of Hardware/Software. Procurement of Consultants/Manpower and associated work i.e. SMS account management/movement of manpower etc.
- Adoption of Cloud Technologies.
- Implementation of ISO 27001:2013 Standards
- Cyber Security/Alerts.
- Investigation / Forensics / Fraud Detection / Prevention.
