State Directorate Admin

The Roles and Responsibilities of this team are comprised of:

  • Administration, Establishment and Procurement of PFMS State Directorates
  • Processing of all personal claims such as Medical/ TA/ TTA/ LTC/ Leave Encashment/ CEA/ Hospitality/ Telephone account, pay fixation/ Promotion, Posting/ Transfer, Vigilance cases, all reports and returns, RTI/ grievances, complaints.

Pay and Accounts Office (PAO)

  • Pre-Check and payments of all bills pertaining to PFMS and cheque drawing through e-payment portal by DDOs
  • Maintenance of all ledgers/registers.
  • Coordination and Correspondence with HQ, Pr. Accounts Office and CGA office.
  • Budget allocation to all CDDOs (Cheque Drawing and Disbursement Officers)

Training & Coordination

Conducts online/offline training on various modules of PFMS for Central Government Organizations, Ministries/Departments, PSUs, Autonomous Bodies, State Governments and Union Territories or to down level agencies.

Under the term of Information Security Management System (ISMS) training policy certification of ISO 27001, the training vertical conducts training on cyber security and information security once a year.

Coordination:

To collect and provide the information among all the verticals of PFMS and also interact with the external entity(s).

PFMS Helpdesk

Established Helpdesk at PFMS (HQ), New Delhi where all queries related to application, grievances and scheme wise issues are received and responded by the Helpdesk team through phone/email.
