Content needs to be contributed/created (using the predefined metadata) formed by any of the authorised contributors in a consistent manner to maintain uniformity. In order to present the content as per the requirement of the viewer, and to retrieve the relevant content efficiently, it is required to contribute the content on PFMS through its content management system. Contributed content is moderated and approved through the predefined workflow having relevant roles to access, create, moderate and approve content created.
